SMALL BITES: Bombay Bistro instant success

The only thing wrong with Bombay Bistro in downtown Minneapolis is that it's not in downtown St. Paul. In a space across from the Foshay Tower that seems more like a banquet room than a restaurant, the 2-day-old Indian bistro was already packing people in for the $8 lunch buffet.
